10 Thoughts On TNA Impact – 1/21/10

Reviews, Shows, TV Shows

Okay, i have to admit that this week’s Impact was a tough one to watch. Mostly because it wasn’t all that enjoyable. So I do apologize if this all sounds a bit angry and frustrated. If I could have, I would have literally just written “I hate Hogan & Bischoff” in 10 different ways.

10. Apparently TNA is dreaming big, putting Jeff Hardy in the show opener before he has officially signed a contract.

9. I get that Hogan and Flair hate each other. Hopefully it doesn’t lead to a match, Australia already saw that at Hulkamania, and no one else needs to see that disaster.

8. Sorry, but AJ as a womanizing heel? Nope, doesn’t work. Doesn’t add up. And just doesn’t make any sense at all.

7. It’s tough to take a PPV seriously when you give away the rematch literally a few days later on your free TV show.

6. Fire Bubba. Just do it.

5. Wow, Orlando Jordan shouldn’t have gone over the Pope in their match. Pope needs more wins to get to the top, where he honestly should be.

4. The Knockout’s match was Diva’s match short. Though i do smile every single time someone hits Lacey.

3. If Anderson manages to stay injury free, and TNA doesn’t die tomorrow, he’ll make an excellent world champ. The man has to be one of the best talkers in the business.

2. Things do not look good for Foley. Though if I had to pick a side, I’m on Team Foley.

1. Why do a screwjob finish? Seriously, why? I think all I managed to do was splutter a variety of obscenities in response to it. Neither AJ nor Angle needed that in the match.
