With the contract status of Jeff Hardy still unclear, he could be the hottest free agent in wrestling early in 2010.
One obstacle is that Hardy is not happy with WWE about the use of his drug charges in CM Punk promos. Since Hardy was not with the company and no match was being built to, Hardy believes it was in poor form and not for business.
Hardy is said to be mulling over the options, but given he hasn’t signed to return to WWE for more guaranteed money and exposure, it shows how much heat he still has over the Punk promos.
