If you don’t know what ‘Pants On The Ground’ is or means, you clearly need to bone up on your pop culture trivia.

The song made famous on American Idol by General Larry Platt and covered by both Brett Favre and Jimmy Fallon is now under fire for possibly being ripped off from another recorded track.

The Green Brothers of Highland, Michigan claim that Platt’s version is a direct copy of their “Back Pockets On The Floor” song that the originally recorded in 1992.
