WWE Hall Of Fame Ticket-Selling Mishap Limits Fan Access

News

There were some issues with the on-sale for tickets to the WWE Hall of Fame on Wrestlemania weekend.

WWE was planning to hold back the best tickets from the public on-sale, saving them for VIPs.

However, due to a communication problem with Ticketmaster, these tickets were put on sale and immediately sold out. Ticketmaster then canceled all the tickets sold and put a new listing up a few hours later. However, the good seats that some fans had scored earlier in the day were no longer even available.

The plan was for WWE to have a VIP package that included a Meet & Greet, but with so many “on-sale date” ticket buyers scooping up the Upper Deck seats, the market for the VIPs might be limited.
