Floyd Mayweather Jr and Shane Mosley have agreed to terms on a fight for May 1, according to Mayweather’s adviser Leonard Ellerbe.

The contracts have not been signed as of yet, but all the deal points have been agreed to according to Ellerbe. The May 1 welterweight fight will be broadcast on HBO PPV and will be at the MGM Grand in Las Vegas, NV. Mosley’s WBA title will be on the line.

Shane Mosley also agreed to the random, Olympic-style drug testing that ended up being the breaking point in the negotiations between Mayweather and Manny Pacquiao.

Ellerbe expects the contracts to be signed within a few days, and an official announcement of the fight next week.
