Jeff Hardy faces criminal drug charges in March, and has not appeared on TNA TV again after his surprise appearance on January 4, 2010.
PWInsider is reporting that TNA has a contract waiting for Jeff, to begin once his legal troubles are cleared up.
There are also rumors he will appear on the Monday March 8, 2010 debut of TNA on Monday Nights.
