In what could be a major step towards getting Jon, Kate and/or their children back on TLC, the network announced an amicable ending to their on-going lawsuits:
TLC has reached a settlement with Jon Gosselin and will be undertaking procedural steps to conclude the litigation. All terms of the settlement are confidential. The whole Gosselin family remain under contract with TLC.
This would seemingly pave the way for Kate Gosselin to return to TV with her children in a “Kate plus 8” renewal, and possibly a separate show for Jon.
