WWE Monday Night Raw last night did a 3.4 rating.
The main competition was the Winter Olympics on NBC, as well as the Dog Show which could have filtered some viewers away as well.
The Olympics did a 14.2 rating and 25.2 million viewers, up 11% from the first Monday of the 2006 Olympics.
