Sources confirm to me that CSI: NY has signed Harold Perrineau to guest star as a death row inmate who ironically finds himself fighting for his life when he’s trapped in a prison riot. The episode is expected to air in April which is when Perrineau is expected to reprise his role as Michael on Lost.
