A Facebook campaign to get America’s favorite Golden Girl to co-host Saturday Night Live just might have worked.
It is being reported that SNL is about to announce that Betty White will indeed guest-host the show, with a twist. In an effort to alleviate the 88-year old from the burden of hosting the 90-minute show by herself, apparently producer Lorne Michaels wants to present the show as a tribute to the women of comedy. This would allow additional female co-hosts including Tina Fey and Amy Poehler.
