In last night’s episode of Lost, major hints were offered about what the island really is.
It is being reported that fans of the show will not have to wait until the finale to find out what the island really is and that the answer will be revealed at the midway point of this season. The island’s true meaning is described as a “four letter word” and that the letters “A” and “E” do not exist in this world. F—. Just kidding.
The island’s true meaning will come from Richard and Jacob and that it has to exist (despite it being seen as existing underwater in the alternate reality). It also must be protected since it has a direct correlation to the outside world.
