The latest on Fedor Emelianenko is that he will not fight on the Strikeforce card in April, says M-1 Global.
It was revealed at Friday’s M-1 Selection Eastern European event in St. Petersburg, Russia that Fedor’s next fight would be against Fabricio Werdum, in May 2010.
This would mean Fedor would not be fighting in April for Strikeforce, who has yet to confirm the date for their next CBS show. However, Jake Shields and Dan Henderson have both confirmed their fight, so it seems that bout will be the main event of the presumed April Strikeforce show.
