WWE shockingly released Maria days before her debut on the Celebrity Apprentice, which was apparently not a mutual decision.
On Sirius radio over the weekend, Maria said that “when a bad relationship is over, you move on” implying that she was in a bad relationship with WWE.
She noted that she was trying to do more outside of wrestling, which WWE initially supported, but then released her. From the interview, it seemed like the release came as a surprise to her.
