WWE’s next movie, Big Red, has started filming in New Orleans. It stars Ed Harris and Amy Madigan as a school teacher and principal respectively. Set in the 1960s it follows a smart 12 year-old schoolboy whose teacher makes him work with a social outcast on a project, only for a bully to target the outcast. Randy Orton plays the father of the bully who tries to get Harris fired.
The next WWE movie will be a $10m budget theatrical release due to start filming after WrestleMania. Called Killer Karma, the movie follows a convict released from prison whose attempts to get his life in order are hindered by old friends and enemies. It will star Batista in the lead role.
