After an outstanding episode on Wednesday, which offered definitive proof about Sayid’s evil nature, some other major facts about the Fake Locke/Man In Black/Smoke have been confirmed.
These include:
– He is ‘evil incarnate.’
– He cannot kill a candidate (which is why he didn’t kill Sayid or Sawyer upon meeting them… wait a minute, does this mean Sayid might not be evil?)
– He appears as someone who has already died (Christian Shephard and John Locke are his most used identities, but one could argue that he is the Jacob that has been speaking to Hurley right?)
– He cannot kill children
