Apparition has debuted the full trailer for The Runaways, starring Kristen Stewart, Dakota Fanning and Michael Shannon. The movie will play at the SXSW film festival on March 18 before it gets a limited theatrical engagement beginning on March 19. It will go in wide release on April 9.
In 1970s, tough LA teen Joan Jett (Kristen Stewart) joins up with an eccentric producer (Michael Shannon) to form the all-girl band The Runaways – the band that would launch her career before she made rock ‘n roll history.
