What should be on your nighttime TV radar – for good OR bad reasons.

FlashForward (ABC) 8 p.m.
While Demetri teams up with CIA agent Vogel to track down Lloyd; Mark must meet with a therapist to get back his badge; Meanwhile, Janis investigates Simon.

Part of me just wants to flash forward to the end of this series but at the same time, this is the first time Survivor won’t be on in awhile because of the NCAA March Madness tournament and as a result, ABC made a wise decision to bring it back tonight.

The Office (NBC) 9 p.m.
When the sales staff lets Sabre’s new “sales is king” policy get to their heads, Michael hides their new, prized leads.

Should be a good one as we await the infamous Andy date.

30 Rock (NBC) 9:30 p.m.
Liz Lemon keeps running into Wesley (guest star Michael Sheen), forcing them to question their decision, while Jack Donaghy tries to establish himself with the new cable company.

With no American Idol, Survivor, Grey’s Anatomy, or Private Practice, on tonight, expect huge numbers for NBC which only means a bigger audience for Tina Fey and company.
