Hot off the heels of a successful debut on Versus, UFC has already annnounced some details for the second of 2 shows that are due to air this year on the network.
In the deal between UFC and Versus from December 2009 that extended the airing of live WEC events, two shows were promised by UFC to air on the network.
This weekend, Versus president Jamie Davis confirmed that UFC on Versus 2 will take place on Aug. 1 live from Oakland, California. It marks the first UFC card to eminate from Oakland.
