This year’s Coachella show runs from Friday to Sunday with Jay-Z, Muse and the Gorillaz headlining. Not names as big as Paul McCartney and the Killers, the top acts in 2009, but there’s more than 150 performers in total and a three-day weekend pass is $269.
Other acts to see include Radiohead frontman Thom Yorke; Tom Morrello’s new project, Street Sweeper Social Club; legendary Sly Stone; MGMT and LCD Soundsystem, both from Brooklyn; and Florence and the Machine, who mesmerized the Kool Haus the other night.
