Dancing with the Stars – 10-6 Results Show Review

First couple safe tonight is Erin and Maks.  Len reviews the performances from last night. Chad and Erin had breakthrough performances and Maks and his bare chest were a distraction. Which I sort of agree, it’s hard to pay attention to Erin’s performance when Maks is shirtless.  The encore performances is done by Chad and Cheryl.

Melissa Etheridge sings “Fearless Love”. She is wearing leather pants that aren’t the most attractive but she gives a good performance. Dancing to her song are Tony, Chelsie, Maks and Ana.  Maks has his shirt open probably to spite Len.

Chad and Cheryl are announced safe.  Then we get treated to Flamenco guitarist Roni Benise who performs the song “Salsa Salsa” and he has his own group of dancers with him.

Next up is John Brinkus breaking down the dancers’ movements in “Sports Science”. The dancers who are analyzed are Dmitry and Edyta.  Certain movements are measured and the statistics are impressive i.e. Dmitry’s jump is 38 inches high, the same as Kobe Bryant’s.  The conclusion is that the dancers are “world class athletes”.

Melissa Etheridge performs “Come To My Window. The dancers are Alec and Edyta. Derek and Nicole are safe and Jake and Chelsie are in danger. The remaining competitors discuss how hard it has been training to get up to this point.

Tom and Brooke announce that Pamela and Damian are safe. The last three couples are Evan and Ana, Niecy and Louis and Jake and Chelsie. Evan and Ana are safe. Len reviews the strong points of Niecy and Jake.

Jake and Chelsie are going home.  Jake gets very emotional when speaking of Chelsie. He says Chelsie is one of his best friends.  He’s very grateful to have been on the show. I wonder what’s next for Jake, can he find a way to squeeze out another fifteen minutes? We’ll see.
