According to Figure Four Weekly, the WWE is still very interested in Daniel Bryan despite the booking (hopefully last night’s strong showing against Batista is a turning point). The plan is for him to end up in a program for the US Title with The Miz. If someone else wins, they will likely make a Unified Tag Title shot with their mentor, which would have the unintended consequence of making David Otunga seem ridiculous for walking out of his tag title match with John Cena.
Bryan has also been sick for weeks and lost 15 lbs.
