According to Extra, “Actor Charlie Sheen has reportedly signed a custody deal with ex-wife Denise Richards that gives her full legal custody of their two small children.”
“With full custody, Richards will be able to make decisions for their kids, Sam, 6, and Lola, 4, without Sheen’s involvement.”
