NBA Star Dwayne Wade is going through a divorce with wife Siohvaughn Funches, and things have gotten even more heated.
Wade’s new girlfriend, Gabrielle Union, is now being named in a lawsuit by Fuches. Wade’s estranged wife is claiming that the new relationship is causing their 2 children “emotional distress”. She is seeking $50,000 in damages from Union.
Funches claims the actress “engaged in sexual foreplay” with Wade in front of his sons, Zaire, 8, and Zion, 2, while on an unsupervised visit to his Miami home, according to the Chicago Sun-Times.
“I am deeply saddened and disappointed that Siohvaughn has used our sons once again as pawns and is now lashing out at Gabrielle, who is an innocent party,” Wade tells TMZ.com. “It is clear that this is a desperate attempt to retaliate against me for seeking sole custody of our children and requesting that the court have her undergo a psychiatric examination.”
