90210 – Episode 2-20 Review

Shows

Welcome Back West Bev! This weeks 90210 was a so-so episode that mixed some really strong storylines with some really slow storylines.  It seemed like my favorite show was off to such a strong start but these last few episodes are really floundering.

One story arc I would like to sink is Teddy and Silver and their whole relationship.  Since they’ve started dating I have lost complete interest in Silver who is both gorgeous and one of the shows star performers.  This is mainly because I hate Teddy, I mean…sure, the guy has sex appeal but that’s it!  I hate him dating Silver, which is silly because I really liked his flirtatious banter with her in the beginning but as a serious couple I can’t get into it.  I’m hoping this relationship will end at the season’s end and that Teddy’s wicked ways will finally be revealed because I’ve never trusted the character.

Poor Lila should have never trusted Navid because just when she got comfortable with he and Adrianna’s friendship she got dumped.  Navid and Adrianna are this generations power couple think Donna and David from the original.  They are destined to be together but I think things will always be a little rocky for them because at the end of the day no one really wants to see a happy couple.

Which is a little bit of info someone should make apparent to Naomi whose relationship with Liam is about to crash and burn.  Naomi is going through a lot emotionally and she is pushing Liam onto the backburner.  Naomi, who just confessed to lying about her sexual assault charges on her teacher, has bigger fisher to fry. A slutty venomous fish named Jen who also happens to be Naomi’s sister.

Jen seemed to vanish after her scandal prom night sexcapade with Naomi’s beau Liam came to light.  She’s back and still married and she’s read to make Naomi’s life a living hell.  Jen is villain you love to hate and it works because she is downright evil. Even though there are two episodes left I have a feeling that Jen will still find a way to shake Beverly Hills up.

As for Liam, he is spending a lot of time with Annie working on a boat.  Annie needs out of her almost broken home and keeps hanging around Liam.  She and Dixon just found out their parents are seeing marriage counselors and Liams dad ran out and off with some necessary funds.  These two are adorable together and I can’t wait to see where this goes.

The definite highlights this week were Jen’s return, the Wilson family marriage drama, and the Annie & Liam chemistry.  I think we can look forward to some breakups and some make-ups in these last two episodes and I can’t wait to see the finale. Until ext time, see you next 90tues10!
