Attorney Donald Hyatt said that video and audio evidence collected by former Head of Security for the Saints, Geoffry Santini, shows team officials for the Saints attempting to cover-up the theft of Vicodin.
Hyatt has offered to show this evidence to the NFL, but the league has asked not to be shown the footage that has already been sent to the DEA who began investigating the scandel last week.
“We’re not adverse to letting the NFL know what we know,” said Hyatt. “That’s the governing body for the sport. Maybe they need to know what’s going on.”
