Full Trailer for Christopher Nolan's Inception

News, Trailers

Warner Bros. has been secretive in its marketing for Christopher Nolan’s Inception. The full theatrical trailer was attached to prints of Iron Man 2, but if you were to look for it at the film’s website (http://www.mind-crime.com/), you had to play a viral game before you could view the trailer. That Nolan is a sneaky one. We’ve shown you earlier teasers (both in French! and English!) but here’s the full trailer. And it looks great. Take away the fact that this is Nolan’s first film after The Dark Knight and marvel at Wally Pfister’s cinematography and the strong bass in Hans Zimmer’s prevailing score*, both of which make the film seem even more epic. As if the words “From the director of The Dark Knight” wasn’t enough.

Described as a thriller set within the architecture of the mind, Inception has an all-star cast with Leonardo DiCaprio, Ellen Page, Marion Cotillard, Joseph Gordon-Levitt, Tom Hardy, Cillian Murphy, Tom Berenger, and Nolan’s good luck charm Michael Caine.

The film hits theaters on July 16th.

*Correction: musical composition is from Zack Hemsey, not Hans Zimmer.
