Tito Ortiz has avoided jail in his recent domestic violence episode with his wife Jenna Jameson. Ortiz escaped criminal prosecution for felony domestic violence today after the Orange County District Attorney rejected his case based on “insufficient corroboration to prove beyond reasonable doubt that he attacked his girlfriend Jenna Jameson.”
TMZ.com first reported the District Attorney’s decision this morning.
Charges were not filed due to Jameson’s inability to stick to her original story regarding the domestic incident that took place at their house on April 26, for which Ortiz was arrested and taken into custody.
Ortiz and Jameson told conflicting stories after the incident, but they have been photographed together as recently as Mother’s Day with their children appearing to be a happy family.
