Telford Porter, the teleporter known as Vanisher….who has the best punny name ever, was killed in New Mutants #13.
He marks the third teleporter killed by Bastion and his men, with a fourth being banished to limbo.
Vanisher was a Stan Lee and Jack Kirby creation who debuted in X-Men v.1 #2.
