It seems as Activision is tired of the lawsuits. After getting hit by Courtney Love (because of Kurt Cobain, and Gwen Stafani of No Doubt, word is that Activision is going back to the original cast of characters in the upcoming Guitar Hero 6.
Gene Simmons will reportedly be the narrator for the games Career Mode, and Black Sabbath, KISS, and Queen have been tapped for music contributions.
There is no release window yet for Guitar Hero 6, but I’m sure it will be out sometime this fall.
