News is breaking on several fronts, including from the mouth of Tom Welling, that Smallville will go into its next season, its tenth season, and that will be the end.
“Season 10 of Smallville will be the last season,” Welling says, in a new interview with Hollywoodlife.com
I call that about as official as you can get….well, aside from CW apparently confirming it.
In my eyes, the show ran well past its course, but it will be good for fans who at least will get an ending out of this show. With the amount of early warning the creators have received, they will be more then able to dedicate the tenth season to wrapping everything up for good.
Ten seasons…..I still can’t believe it lasted that long.
