Landis admitted to using erythropoietin(EPO), HGH, testosterone, and frequent blood transfusions during his entire career.
Landis said he’d been in contact with cycling officials over the last few months, implicating other athletes including Lance Armstrong.
Armstrong, who won 7 Tour de Frances, has not responded to the charges yet.
