Sorry Jets fans, you can’t get a refund on the cheated games.
Disgruntled Jets fans were suing to try and recoup $350 million for Jets fans alone who felt cheated by the Spygate scandal when the New England Patriots were caught video taping defensive signals.
The fans argued that the games were in a way “rigged” and fans had no way of knowing before buying tickets and going to a game where the outcome was potentially affected by events taking place before the game was played.
In the ruling the judge said if the fans were unhappy with the way the league handled the situation, they should refrain from buying NFL merchandise or tickets.
