This video shows former UFC lightweight champion BJ Penn slapping a rear naked choke on the host from Sports Science. It’s a very interesting demonstration that shows just how quickly someone can be put to sleep, and the damage that can be done in a short amount of time. This is, by far, the best Penn has looked inside of a cage in a long time.
Pay special attention to the expression on Penn’s face throughout the video. He appears to be a stone-cold killer with no remorse for his victim. Perhaps he’ll take that mentality into his upcoming rematch against Frankie Edgar.
