First off, some unannounced veterans are along for the ride. These include Fixer, Songbird (with a horrible haircut), and Mach V (yep, Abe got another upgrade!).
For the most part it’s just Cage familiarizing himself with the team, explaining why people are there.
Oh, and then the issue ends with Luke Cage getting knocked out as Baron Zemo makes his triumphant return attempting to recruit the Thunderbolts on the grounds that he created them initially.
