Roy has succumbed to a heroin relapse, which led him to a hallucinated rage where he almost killed several men assuming they were Prometheus, holding a dead cat he thought was Lian, and then has to be taken down by Batman (Dick Grayson).
He also tried to sex up Cheshire for some angry sex, but couldn’t perform.
And now, instead of seeing his old dealer in his head when he has a craving, he sees a brutalized Lian.
He’s not having a good day.
