Rue McClanahan, who played Blanche Devereaux on The Golden Girls from 1985-1992, passed away Thursday June 3 after a massive stroke. She was known for her hot temper and shrill voice on the show. Something that was always good for a laugh. Now that just leaves Betty White as the only surviving star of The Golden Girls with Bea Arthur passing away in 2009, and Estelle Getty dying in 2008.
