They own the top two picks in the draft and have considered flipping them to make sure each gets the player they want.

The top two prospects in the draft are Taylor Hall and Tyler Seguin, but neither has seperated themselves from the pack, so it becomes of battle of who each team likes more.

Both GMs say that a flop of the top two picks in unlikely, but there have been discussions. “I can’t imagine what it would take for me to actually say this makes sense for the Edmonton Oilers organization that I move this pick,” Oilers GM Steve Tambellini said. “If I can’t think about it, I guess I always have to be open to suggestions. But I can’t really think of what that is right now.”

The Bruins are in a position to be big players at the Entry Draft holding 4 picks in the first two round each of the next two years. Including 3 first round picks this year.
