Wayne is not happy with his current contract and is reportedly ready to miss mandatory minicamp to prove his point.
Wayne is scheduled to make a little over $11 million in the final two years of his current contract.
“I have tremendous respect for Jim Irsay, Bill Polian and the entire Indianapolis Colts organization, but at this time, we are in disagreement concerning my contract situation,” Wayne said. “Therefore, I will not be attending this weekend’s minicamp.
Wayne also said he would continue working out in Florida to prepare for the season as he’s done every year since he was drafted.
