It's Civil War all over again, folks: The heroes are banned from Hollywood

News

Register. It's the law.

Doesn’t that image just confuse the hell out of you?

Apparently some of the costumed characters who prowl Hollywood Boulevard have been hounding tourists for money which has lead the LAPD to start arresting the *ahem* unlicensed Hollywood character impersonators, something I’m sure sounds slightly familiar to you Marvel fans out there.

I guess the brighter side of this kooky story is that I was reminded the docmentary, Confessions of a Superhero exists. It follows the lives of three of these costumed characters – Wonder Woman, The Hulk, and Superman – and from what I remember it wasn’t a bad watch. It was a different look at people who are trying to make it big in Hollywood (Well, not Superman, he kind of just seemed like a sad dude possibly in need of therapy.) Watch it for free over at Hulu if you’re interested.

And you should be: It’s free.
