Three of the four charges against Jeff Hardy have been dropped. Here are the dropped charges:
-Felony drug trafficking, Two felony charges of possession of a Schedule III controlled substance or drug.
-Felony possession of cocaine, Felony maintaining a dwelling for redistribution of controlled substances.
-Misdemeanor Possession of drug paraphernalia.
The remaining charge is Conspiracy to Traffic Opium and has not been dropped. The Moore County District Attorney has denied comment. Jeff will next be in court Tuesday, 7/6.
