Last night at Raw it was announced that Survivor Series will return this November and tickets will go on sale Friday. The show will be at the American Airlines Arena in Miami, Florida on 11/21. Vince McMahon initially announced the show would be scrapped due to falling buy-rates, but plans have apparently changed.
