Independent wrestling star and Inside Pulse Wrestling contributor Kevin Steen shared his thoughts with us about Bryan Danielson‘s WWE status:
“I’m not sure if it’s a work or not. I really hope that it is because what they did Monday night is the first time I feel like something truly special is going on in WWE in like, 7 years. The last time was when Austin came back in Montreal in 2003.
“The possibility of Bryan not being part of it now already has me not caring about the angle anymore. I feel like Bryan is one of the only guys on TV bringing some realism back to WWE lately. He’s a great relief between the Jon Lovitz and A-Team segments that make me want to put my whole head through my flat screen. Hopefully this will all turn out to be a great work. Sure doesn’t seem like it though, which is very unfortunate.”
