According to the Cleveland Plain-Dealer James would not oppose the hiring of Tom Izzo even though he made comments in the past saying he wanted to play for a coach who played in the NBA.
Izzo still hasn’t made a decision to take the job or not, saying he was still gathering information about the move to the NBA. Izzo would still like to talk to Lebron before making his decision. Izzo, like everyone, wants to have an idea of where James plans to sign this offseason before taking the job.
The Tom Izzo Spartan Basketball Camp is scheduled to begin Monday morning in East Lansing.
