The WWE creative team is said to be very happy with Lay-Cool. Many of them were mad about how TNA had gotten the Beautiful People concept over and made their own women’s division look second-rate by comparison. The consensus now is that Michelle McCool and Layla are a hotter act than the Beautiful People, despite being a copy of the gimmick, and so they have gotten one over on TNA.
