Husky Harris, a.k.a. Windham Rotunda, was put on the NXT roster ahead of his younger brother Taylor Rotunda due to an unwritten rule about WWE not wanting anybody under 21 to be on the main rosters. Taylor is currently wrestling as Bo Rotunda in FCW and is held in higher regard as a wrestler than his older brother. The perception among WWE management is that younger guys are too tempted while on the road and would be underage if caught drinking.
Lucky Cannon, meanwhile, was not allowed to use his FCW name of Johnny Prime as WWE does not want anymore people named John on the main rosters.
