Johnny Blaze and his girlfriend were doing the cross country motorcycle thing when they stopped in a biker bar. The bikers were pretty cool to them, especially Bobby Blackthorne. Of course, it’s implied that the bikers gangraped Blaze’s girl while they ritualistically slaughtered Johnny, as his sacrifice made each of them into very rich and powerful people. Satan loves making deals for souls.
Especially since he turned around and offered Johnny the chance at revenge, and twenty years later the Ghost Rider rose looking to send his killers to hell.
