With New Krypton gone, her people gone, and her parents gone, Kara is seeking her own version of deep change. Deep change in her case being taking after her cousin and treating her human identity, Linda Lang, as her primary one. Just as Superman is Clark Kent. Unfortunately, Kara is a bit of an angsty teenager, so she just wants to be Linda Lang. No Supergirl.
