Last issue we were informed of how Earth Man’s flight ring would limit his abilities in an effort to keep him under Legion control. This issue we find out that his new Green Lantern ring, that is being kept a secret from the Legion, was able to disable his Legion created leash.
If he’s going to stab them in the collective backs, then he’s doing so a lot smarter then one would expect having read the character in the past. He easily could have just run in and taken people down with his Lantern ring, but instead he’s still playing along. Who knows, maybe he’ll have a change of heart before it’s too late!
