As foreshadowed a few issues ago, Cyborg had been coming up with a way to not only rebuild The Red Tornado, but to cure him from his constant getting blown up and left as a disembodied head problem.
His solution? Nanites! Adapting the nanites that Prometheus used that ruined Roy Harper’s arm, Cyborg has found a way to make the Red Tornado’s body auto rebuild itself after suffering any damage.
This would, of course, have to be finished just in time for something to happen and Red Tornado to go rogue.
Obviously.
