NFL News: San Diego Chargers Not Looking To Trade Vincent Jackson

News

Jackson has been suspended for the first 3 games and is considering holding out all season.

Sources have told ESPN’s Adam Schefter that the Chargers aren’t shopping Jackson and are not looking to trade the disgruntled WR.

Jackson refused to sign his tendered contract this offseason leading to the Chargers cutting his salary from $3.268 million to $600,000.

The Chargers are prepared to play the entire season without Jackson and OT Marcus McNeill. The Chargers picked up WR Josh Reed last week to fill some of the void left from Jackson not being with the team.
